Oh.. one more thing: Did anyone read about Prince Harry, the noble warrior? He killed 30 Taliban by ordering an air strike and now he's a hero. And there was this war porn footage on the telly of him, firring a big machine gun at "The Enemy". He also talked about his red hair and that he was happy that he doesn't get bullied by his soldier mates for being a redhead but that they don't do that because he always wears a helmet and they can't see his hair and maybe that's why he doesn't get bullied and also the food was not good. Thank (our) god that he's already on his way back home.

"Hi dad I'm home, I killed 30 Taliban on the phone!"
"Harry, my son!" ..no that's not working..
"Harry, someone else's son! Your mother would have been proud of you! Go tell grandma, she's next door, eating porridge."

WHAT??!

Can we please have some snazzy pictures of the 30 Taliban that Prince Harry killed?? And can we please have these pictures on every fucking "newspaper", so everyfuckingone can have a good close look at what 30 Taliban look like that have been killed in an airstrike? Has anyone who reads this killed anyone so far? What's that like? I haven't, so I don't know. Hoe does that feel when 30 people die because you make a phone call? That's probably how old mafia bosses feel. Or serial killers. Or snazzy soldiers. Or Taliban. Or any other wanker who replaces his cock with an automatic weapon. Or a killer phone.

To say it with my man Muhamad Al Fayed: YOU BLOODY IDIOTS!

Social Over Worker Syndrome

Social Over Worker >> A person that spends too much time on social networks and therefore has no time left for a social life. The condition is characterized by a combination of symptoms, that interfere with the ability to work, sleep, eat, socialize and enjoy once-pleasurable activities. Heavy users feel "digged out", "undelicioused", "stumbled upon", "pownced" or "twittered up". Disabling episodes of depression can occur that, when not treated with "Real Social Contact" on a regular basis, lead hard core users to stay in front of their computer without eating, sleeping or going to the toilet till they die >> Social Death.

Sex Beat Drop Dead. The one and only Jeffrey Lee Pierce - Voodoo Medicine Man. A little reminder of a time when rock music was dangerous, unpredictable and meant something. The good, the bad, the drugs, the sex, the beat, the horror.. Apocalypse Now ..right up there with Elvis and Colonel Kurtz, scaring the shit out of his own men while drifting into oblivion. A true American.. in a way. We're all in a Yellow Submarine and this is no pop music, honey.. this is The Gun Club.

What I say
you cannot hear it
so, you intrude upon my dreams
and hate my appearance,

Who gave you the right
to give out the rights?
and to intrude upon My Dreams
and sell out my eyes,

You can't take My Dreams
You can't take My Dreams
You can't take and steal from this body...

I never get a chance
in the airport
sick in bathroom with Your Dreams
and a flight to nowhere,

In Victoria, Gare du' Nord (du)
and Tompkin's Square
You're standing on My Dreams
and you don't care,

You can't take My Dreams
You can't take My Dreams
You can't take and steal from this body...

A heartbeat
tears my insides apart
and tears apart My Dreams
in the whirling dark,

I never got to go
I cannot make it
I never get to have Dreams
and I will not take it,

You can't take My Dreams
You can't take My Dreams
You can't take and steal from this body...

They were supposed to be MY DREAMS...

The Monster Mash

In the sophisticated popular culture of the Edo period (1603-1868), much attention was devoted to Japan’s rich pantheon of traditional monsters and apparitions, known as youkai. Sometimes frightening, sometimes humorous, these compelling Japanese folk creatures were the subject of numerous artistic and literary works. One such work was Hyakkai Zukkan, a collection of picture scrolls completed in 1737 by Sawaki Suushi, a relatively unknown artist who studied under master painter Hanabusa Itchou (1702-1772). Hyakkai Zukkan’s colorful depictions of Japan’s most notorious creatures inspired (and were copied by) youkai artists for generations. Here is a peek inside. Read the whole story at Pink Tentacle.

1. Put a cute cat/animal photo in this post.

2. Post the "story" on Digg, Pownce, Propeller, Reditt, Mix, Spotback, Humsurfer, Current, Twitter, Ppnow, Furl, Buddymarks, Delicious, Stumbleupon, Disinfo & Welcome [that's enough for now ..I don't want to spend hours with this bllsht]

3. Look at my stats after seven days and write an update about the results:

If and how much traffic came from what source.

Which of my accounts got terminated because of blatant advertising ["..please don't terminate my account, it's just a cute picture of a cat!!!"] ; )

Printouts of every achieved reaction ["fck off supaswag!!!" & "oh, what a cuute little cat!"]

Mirror On The Sea

what are we doing today we ask ourselves

we are just lying down side by side

we feel so good today now and today

cause I, I love you and you, you love me

I smile at you and you smile at me

your eyes glimpse at me like a mirror on the sea

a mirror on the sea

a mirror on the sea

a mirror on the sea

a mirror on the sea

we set up the alarm for half past seven

by heaven, every day is like every day

and what we do and what we say

is always the same is always the same is always the same

but it doesn't matter anyway

I just like to say --- I love you

These photos where taken by Thomas Steinert in Leipzig. But not in the 50s or 60s - they are from the 80s. He said that he took them, so others could look at them with a bit of nostalgia one day and think "Look, we got over this". Looking at them now, they paint the perfect picture of a sexy sad dying GDR. Steinert himself didn't went on to become a cool fashion photographer or photo journalist. After the wall came down, he lived of benefit money, little jobs and only recently got into TV acting. An absurd, contradictory and sad career - just like the GDR.

The Revolution Will Not Be Televised

Since two days I read lot's of posts that go like "Thank god for this! Hopefully he's dead!" or "Finally we won!" etc.

These posts are mainly coming from people living in the USA [of course] and are a testament to the serious brain-washing that still goes on regarding Cuba. Some people seriously think that Castro was solely responsible for the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962.

For Cuba, it was a partial betrayal by the Soviets, given that decisions on how to resolve the crisis had been made exclusively by Kennedy and Khrushchev, and certain issues of interest to Cuba, such as the status of Guantanamo, were not addressed.

The compromise was a particularly sharp embarrassment for Khrushchev and the Soviet Union because the withdrawal of U.S. missiles from Turkey [the deal that Kennedy offered if the Russians backed out of Cuba] was not made public—it was a secret deal between Kennedy and Khrushchev and made Kennedy look like he wrestled down the "Evil Communists" by sheer will-power.

Anyway..

Marvin R. Shanken, editor and publisher of Cigar Aficionado, interviewed Cuban President Fidel Castro in Havana on Feb. 3, 1994 at the Palace of the Revolution. The interview focused on cigars, but touched on the United States trade embargo and President Castro's future.

Question: The American trade embargo against Vietnam is ending. Russian and U.S. relations have been turned around. Even Israel and Palestine are trying to get together. Why is it, in your opinion, that Cuba continues to be embargoed? It is a question that we all ask. What do you think?

Castro: It is difficult to answer. It doesn't stand up to logic. Perhaps it is because we are too close geographically to the United States. Perhaps [because] we have resisted the blockade for over 30 years. Perhaps it is a matter of national pride for the U.S. government that has turned us into an exception and has given us the honor to be its only long-standing adversary. I think it is not logical. I don't know what history will say though.

Question: There would be many benefits to both sides, if you were willing to take the first step.

Castro: How can we take the first step? We are the ones whom the blockade is imposed against. If we had a mutual blockade, then we could take the first step. But how can we? The first step should be taken by the U.S.

Question: From what I read, the American government is looking for Cuba to undergo political reform and improvement in its human rights.

Castro: That is the pretext that they use, and for many years they have used many different pretexts. At one time when we were in Africa, they used to say if the Cubans withdrew from Africa, then the relations would improve. That pretext was left behind. Later they said that when the links with the Soviet Union were cut off, then our relations would begin with the United States. Now the Soviet Union is not supporting us anymore, and nothing has changed. They keep on moving the goalposts back. Before it was Latin American subversion, the situation in Central America...and when they talk about reforms in Cuba, it is a precondition that we cannot accept because it has to do with independence and the sovereignty of our nation. It would be like if we were to give a precondition to the United States that it must change something in the Constitution in order for us to open up relations again. That's absurd.

As far as human rights, and I will try to keep my answer brief, no one in the world has done more than Cuba has done for human beings, for its citizens--no one else, in every sense. The best evidence of that is that our health programs have saved the lives of over 300,000 children, and we have been helping out in other places around the world with our doctors, medicines and knowledge, more than any other country in the world. So, I think that no other country has as unblemished behavior about human rights considering how much we have done for man. That is a legend. It is a fabrication. It is an unjustifiable pretext.

Question: There are two issues that seem to come up. The first is about the Soviet missiles [in Cuba] in the '60s aimed at the United States.

Castro: There are not any missiles anymore.

Question: The second issue regards compensation for the properties taken from private Cuban citizens at the time of the Revolution. I would like to know your thinking as to whether or not there is any way to satisfy the Cuban-Americans whose properties were taken so that we can move on to the bigger agenda of living together in a neighborly way?

Castro: Those thousands of Cubans whose economic situation were affected by the Revolution were people who had experience in business, and thanks to the Revolution, they were given facilities in the United States that they would have never received if the Revolution had not been victorious. Those people are wealthier now than they were in Cuba. That they owe to the Revolution.

It would be to create a hope that our country were in an economic situation which would allow it to compensate those people whose property was taken. We cannot create that expectation because we do not have the resources and, also, because of the blockade, our country has been suffering great losses, several billion dollars' worth. We are a small country, and the blockade has been very harmful to us. Now we are suffering more with the demise of the Soviet Union and the socialist states, with which we supported ourselves. But we are still striving. We are putting up a fight, and we are trying our best.

You can be assured that, if, instead of Cubans there were Americans here setting the example that we are setting as far as our capacity for struggle and resistance, the American nation would be proud.

Question: Perhaps people in Washington will read this interview and begin to think more about how this impasse can be overcome.

Castro: It is a struggle between Goliath and David. Let's see if they wish one day to leave David alone. You say that Clinton smokes cigars?

Question: Yes. He has smoked for many years. But his wife, Hillary, has created a no-smoking policy in the White House. So now he just chews cigars, it seems.

Castro: Then I guess President Clinton and I will not be able to smoke our peace pipe or cigars in the White House.

Question: The American press repeatedly refers to the very poor conditions here in Cuba. The enormous shortages. The human suffering. Some are convinced you will fall soon or your government will be overthrown or perhaps you will step down. Like a great Broadway show, you have had a long run. Is it time to give someone else a turn? Do you have any such plans?

Castro: I wish I could. I wish I were free to do what I want to do. In easy times, you know, it is easy to talk about that, but in the hard times that we are living now, I would be shrugging off my responsibilities to my country if I did this. It would be like deserting the front line in the heat of the battle. I could not do that. I am not the owner of my life anymore. The most I can do is accept the responsibilities that I have been invested with by my fellow citizens and try to carry out those responsibilities for as long as I have them. But believe me I would enjoy now to be free to do what I would like to do; however, it is not possible for me to have the freedom in the hard times that I am living in now.Perhaps I could even smoke cigars again without all these very important obligations.

There are many things I would like to do. I wish I were the problem. The problem is the Revolution, and the problem is our ideas. The United States, or some people in the United States, they do not just want Castro's retirement. They want the total destruction of the Revolution. And that is what the majority of our people would not accept.

There is a new generation of Americans, and in the history of America, many similar things happened. First, you had the struggle for independence against the British with a long struggle that had great repercussions on the world. There was the Civil War in the days of Lincoln, which brought about great changes in American society.

Now in the United States there is not a revolution but an evolution. But there are still many injustices to be changed. There are many people who are struggling in the United States for equality and social justice. One of the countries in the world where there are more social differences is the United States. The difference between the average salary of the workers and the executive. The executive makes 90 times' more than the average worker.

There are many injustices in the United States, but that is your task to change and not mine. I would not set up preconditions for relations based on these injustices. On a realistic basis, we should respect each other, and, in the world, peace should prevail. There was a great Mexican leader who said that respect for other peoples' rights is peace. So peace should be based on mutual respect.

Bingo!!!

No one could live long enough to print every possible BINGO card? How is this possible? In the BINGO game there are seventy-five numbers broken up into five groups of fifteen numbers each; B-1 thru 15, I-16 thru 30, N-31 thru 45, G-46 thru 60, and O-61 thru 75. The BINGO game card has five columns corresponding to the letters B-I-N-G-O. The bingo game player’s card has twenty four numbers; five numbers pre-printed in four of the columns under the B-I-G-O and four numbers under the N. Calculating the total number of possible combinations yields the result that there exists 552,446,474,061,129,000,000,000,000. (That’s 552-million-billion-billion or 0.5 quadrillion) possible BINGO game cards. There would be 111,007,923,832,371,000 sets of bingo game cards with 4,976,640,000 cards (almost 55 billion) in each set. Every card in each set would have the same twenty four numbers, but in a different arrangement on each card. If we presume that there are six billion people in the world today, it means that there are 92,074,412,343,521,400 bingo game cards for each and every person in the world. If you could print a million bingo game cards per second, it would take 17,505,972,382,599.7 years to print every possible BINGO game card.

If you put four BINGO game cards on a standard 8-1/2 X 11 sheet of paper, and if you spread all of the BINGO game cards out over the surface of the earth, they would cover the earth to a depth of over 800 miles. If there were one million bingo game cards per inch of height, and all of the possible cards were put in one stack, the stack would extend for 1485 light-years. (A light year is 6-trillion miles.) Alpha Centuri, our nearest star beyond the Sun, is only 4 light-years away.

Here’s some more proof.

You can have 120 different arrangements of five numbers under each of the four columns under the B, I, G, and O. You can have 24 different arrangements of the four numbers under the N. So, 120 times, 120 times, times 24, times 120, times 120 equals 4,976,640,000. That’s the number of bingo game cards that could exist, all with the same twenty-four numbers, but just in a different arrangement on each card.

Doing the arithmetic then, there are 111,007,923,832,371,000 possible unique BINGO combinations where no two cards would have the same twenty four numbers. (That’s 111-million-million.)

Are you still with me??

Compulsive Internet ID-Card coming soon?

Google, Yahoo and Microsoft joined VeriSign yesterday at the OpenID-Foundation. The organization is working since 2006 on plans to introduce a Internet-ID-Card that will make all passwords obsolete. Critics warn, of course, about massive security risks involved in a "All-in-one-internet-pilot-license". You will get one password for all your log-ins. ..now this sounds truly scary to me.

From openID.net:
"In 2008, we can expect to see a larger focus on making OpenID even more accessible to a mainstream audience, the development of a World-wide trademark usage policy (much like the Jabber Foundation and Mozilla have done), and a larger international focus on working with the OpenID communities in Asia and Europe. Awesome!"
